  1. What should I do if I forgot my password?

    Click “Forgot password” in the login page or home page. Enter your main wallet's e-mail address and you will receive an e-mail with a link to reset your password.

  2. What should I do if I forget my Master Key?

    Login to your account first and click on "Change Master Key", choose Forgot Master Key from the page then. Enter your password and you will receive e-mail with the master key in there.

  3. Is EntroMoney safe?

    EM is built entirely private; our server and encrypt scripts are coded security, hacker prevented. We have hired the anti-DDoS services from cloudflare to limit the DDoS attacks on our systems. Our systems are backed up regularly whenever transactions occur, so the worst case happens your data is still fully recovered .

  4. What should I do if I forgot my password and my email?

    In such rare cases if you have a verified account then you can send us a support ticket & verify your identity but if you're an unverified user then there is no chance of retriving the access back.

  5. I have received an email asking my entromoney password, what shall I do?

    We never send any emails asking your password or other login info's. Please avoid such fake letters if you receive them.. They are sent by hackers for pishing purposes.

  6. What is pin code?

    EM provides the option to protect IP login for our customer. When you log in to the system of EM with the IP addresses that is different from the last login IP Address, the systems will automatically send one Pin code to your email address of your to authenticate the owner of account.

  7. What is Master key or Pass code?

    Master key or Pass Code, before sending money to another account you will be asked to fill a master key or Pass Code, this action is also to authenticate the owner of the account.
